• TWGS setup question

    Hello All.

I'm trying to get the TWGS running under Synchronet 3.21, and trying to figure out whicj I/O method to select. The wiki for the setup says None or NO, but the SBBS setup doesn't have that options, so what are users using? I'm running Windows 11 Pro.

TWGS doesn't run under a BBS, it's its own server. Your Synchronet users would connect to it using rlogin.js, which is configured in SCFG->External Programs with a command-line that begins with '?' which indicates it's a script/module to be executed in-process, so the I/O method doesn't matter - that setting isn't used for any program whose command line begins with '*' or '?'.

Um, shouldn't you be using rlogin or telnet?
