• Synchronet 2.20 on DOS Wifi modem setup

    Anyone set up the older DOS version with a wifi modem on an original dos machine? Wanted to set up my old system with the original software having a hard time getting the modem configuration to work correctly. Trying to use a wifi modem answering on port 6400

    i have an esp8266 with some wifi modem software on it and it works great.

    dont remember what firmware i put on it off hand, but if i remember right i followed this set of destrcutions.

    it worked fine getting telnet on to a small dell laptop i had that can only run up to win98
