Can anyone comment on the "R30" Live DVD?

I've got the "Rush In Rio" set...it's pretty good, so I was surprised to
find that they recently released R30 so soon after Rio.

(Of course the one I really wanted was a companion to "Different Stages"...)

I've got the "Rush In Rio" set...it's pretty good, so I was surprised to find that they recently released R30 so soon after Rio.

The best part of Rush In Rio is the "Boys in Rio" companion disc. That's awesome!

different stuff on there too.

Rio and he's seen that one, he said that R30 was better. I hope to get

You know, at one point someone told me what the reason for it was, and I've completely forgotten what it was.

They even dragged the washer/dryer set on stage when they did the SARS
benefit concert in Toronto a few years back, so it must be important!

Nah, it's Geddy's "bass rig". Since he really just plays through a side-stage amp/effects rack, he doesn't really need *anything* behind him stage left. The appliances are just there to fill the void. :-)

Heh...Well I've got pretty much all their albums (except the covers album
they just released...can't get into that one). Live albums are touch and go with me in general. Sounds like this one is worth getting though.
