    Richard,

I have all the files you need at http://maximus.outpostbbs.net. If for some reason you can't get them over the Internet or something, let me know and I'll burn the entire Maximus file archive I have (60+ MB worth) to CD and snailmail it to you, so you can have nearly anything you want. :)

    Later,
    Sean

Can't do internet at this time, but I think my uplink has quite a bit of it. I
just grabbed max301r.zip from him last night. DOn't know how far back he goes so that might be helpful.
IF you do pots line I can always get what I need that way as well. I have one of these handy long distance one price fits all stateside continental plans.

    Richard,

It'd be a lot faster if I just sent you the CD, to be honest. Do you remember Gary Gilmore? He gave me his website before he left Fidonet, so I have a pretty extensive amount of Max/Squish/BT related files. I'll just whip off a copy of those files and send 'em to you as per our netmail.

That's cool, I can sneaker net 'em between my wife's win98 machine and this one
on floppies. I own't allow her to put her win98 machine on the net on dial-up as I don't have time to troubleshoot all the nasties.

I remembered the name of the maximus files list utility I used to use. availist iirc.

Played with seal for awhile back in the day as I was looking for 4d aware tic processor and areafix for both points and downlinks. Was a little bit difficult
for me to get running correctly, so I just went back to manually doing file attaches to points and went back to plain ol' tic as it worked from a plain ascii config file. GOt squalid for areafix which integrated quite nicely with squish. Might give it another look though if I find somebody with pots line in z1 that has it.

I concurr with that. I have been using NEF for about 12 years now, it is far superior to TICK........;-)
