    Can anyone tell me where I can download the theme tune? I used to have it but had to change to a bigger disk and lost that tune

    Just do a search for "The Liberty Bell" by John Philip Sousa. Or post a request
    for it in the appropriate binary newsgroup.

    On a side note, I think it was very nice of John Philip Sousa to compose the Monty Python theme song years before anyone in the cast was even born.

    If you want to get specific, the recording used in the Flying Circus opening credits was performed by the Coldstream Guards.

    I have done just that and visited 30 sites so far (from first 5 pages) They all
    want me to sell me something and if they agree to let me download, the moment they find out that I am not from the US, they said "sorry"

    I have also downloaded and installed something called EZMusic but when I tried to download "The Liberty Bell" by John Philip Sousa, sorry cannot do; so now I have a program that will continue to bug me

    +++++++++++++++

    Anybody knows a specific friendly site that allows me to download "The Liberty Bell" by John Philip Sousa without fuss and fluster?

    Do you have access to binary newsgroups? I would suggest posting your request in
    alt.binaries.sounds.tv-themes. If anyone answers your request there, they won't
    expect you to buy anything in exchange and they won't care what part of the world you're from.

    Thank you Eric Idle, oops Perlin
    I received by private email 6 versions of the tune from this kind gentleman

    I will save these and if anybody else wants them, I will be pleased to pass on

    Try this place:

    All kinds of Sousa, even the python version of the song!

    Follow the link for the Monty Python site stored there. There's loads of good stuff available.
