Hello everybody.
Can anybody confirm centos 7 64 bit is supported for Mbse?
Which version do I need? I currently use version 0.95.13
Long time no see (or hear).
There is no reason that I know of why Centos cannot handle the current tested version of mbse which is 1.01.05, suggest you download it and compile it as your normal user first to verify before doing the normal update HOWEVER as you current version is that old I recommend that
you:
1. Read the notes for updating going back to the version after 95.13
2. Back up your mbse system.
3. Back up your full mbse system.
4. Re-read the update and readme notes to mack sure you did not miss anything.
5. Go for it having closed the mbse service.
I have been running x64 for some years as well as two of us running it
on IBM Z/OS hardware - well sort of ...
Sampsa ?
