I'm probably the closest thing to a moderator (I Elisted it) and employ a strict hands-off policy for all the echoes I maintain. It's usually quite unnecessary anyway <g> but there is a bit of traffic now and then here, so . FWIW

Well, you can't just kill an echo that has traffic, but if and when traffic
dies down to nothing for an extended period of time it will be dropped automatically <g> and I will de-list it then. Anyone who doesn't want
to
participate in this forum can just drop it locally ... what's the big
deal
anyway? LORD has been around for a long time, it would almost be
offensive to
