    SyncTerm (download from syncterm.bbsdev.net IIRC) does about the
    best job of displaying IBM PC characters of any of the available
    terminals. It is available for both Win32 and Linux platforms.

    ...and Mac OS X too. :-)

    I'm actually haivng a problem with mine. I just installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 and all my ansi's in Syncterm are not displaying correctly.

    Can anyone highlight on this?

    Doesn't Windows 7 have an compatibility mode you can run apps in? Try
    setting your app to run in Windows XP compatibility mode.

    It works fine for me in Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Don't even have to run it in compatability mode.
