Anyone know if tinytic is still being supported?

I don't know if anyone else is doing anything with it but it has been added to the FTN Apps project at SourceForge [1] and I've been planning to

You might want to test that before you put all the work in. Seems that it worked fine under the 2.4 kernel, but it doesn't parse paths properly in 2.6, so essentially it's broke.

I eneded up running the dos version in dosemu and it works great.

I'll admit that I haven't looked at the code or the operation of it as
    yet but I'll be doing that as part of the packaging effort in any case;
and I can contact the author about things I run across in the code...

to make it available so that others can work on it...<g>

Always an option, of course, but I'd prefer to run it as a native
    executable if possible...

I have been able to get a start on that, with what I'm working on
currently available in the SVN repository at [2]. I've bumped the version number & was able to build and install a debian package with no errors.
I'll be testing it on a Synchronet system I'm running.

I was able to locate the most recent archive that the author
created (Sean Dennis, 1:18/200, has it on his system.): tt00531s.zip. I
don't have online here yet but it is in the downloads [3] section at the SourceForge project [1]. I'd be most interested in anything you find.

In case you had not already heard: The author commited an update to the TinyTIC repository for a version v0.6.1 (rev. 60, viewable at [1]), which is going to be undergoing some testing before making a release out of it...

Not that I'm aware of; I'll be contacting him about results of the
testing. (I haven't had a chance to do any testing of it myself.)
If it's still beting tested, I could ask him what he thinks about

Yes, but just in the SVN repository, so far...

I also think it should go out that way.
