I did put an archive online for this, FGTSTDEB.ZIP, which contains
the debian package fidogate_4.4.11~b44-20070604-0.3_i386.deb for Fidogate v4.4.11, CVS Branch_4_4, as of 04 June 2007

It's available for FREQ at 1:120/544 by that name, and also available
via http in ftn.rocasa.us/files/ftn/apps/fidogate or ftp in ftn.rocasa.us/ftn/apps/fidogate.
