From Bill Gordon@1:3634/22 to All on Sun Aug 23 23:05:37 2015
In my IREX 2.31 event setup, I have two events listed:
    A All 00:00 00:30 -send -fetch -trim
    B All 00:00 00:15 -sq

Now, exactly what is the second event? What does -sq stand for? I cannot find any reference to 'q' in the documents.

Someone else set this up for me a LONG TIME ago.

    Thanks

    7.2.7: [-queue]

On startup, go straight to the queue editor.

O.K., what is the purpose of -sq? I understand -send -receive -trim, but -sq?

    Thanks

-sq would seem to be "on [S]tartup, go to the [Q]ueue editor" based on the one response above...

Hmmm, I wonder what would be served by that action. What would it accomplish? Wouldn't a repeat of Event A (-send -fetch -trim) be more reasonable?

i guess it would go into the queue editor...

i don't know... i've never seen the mailer... repeating that event might be a better idea... i dunno... i do know that it is polling here much too often and at times when there can't/won't be anything available for it to pick up... if it is anything like frontdoor it may be really easy to correct but like i say, i haven't seen it and i probably won't either...
