Title: Philly Cheese Sandwiches

Yield: 8 servings
3 lb Boneless chuck roast;
- trimmed, in 1" cubes
2 md Onions; halved, sliced
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 cl Garlic; minced
1 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Dried basil
1 md Sweet red pepper; sliced
1 md Green pepper; sliced
8 sl Pepper jack cheese
8 Hoagie buns; split, toasted
In a 3 or 4 qt. slow cooker, combine first 6
ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 7 hours. Stir in
peppers; cook, covered, until meat and peppers are
tender, 1-3 hours.
Stir to break up meat. Serve beef mixture and cheese on
buns.
