Title: Chicken Casserole w/Crackers

8 c Cubed cooked chicken
21 oz (2 cans) cream of chicken
- soup; undiluted
1 c Sour cream
1 c Crushed Ritz crackers
2 tb Butter; melted
1 ts Celery seed
Minced fresh parsley; opt
Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
Combine chicken, soup and sour cream; spread into a
greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Combine crumbs, butter and
celery seed; sprinkle over chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 30-35 minutes. If
desired, garnish with parsley.
