Title: Summer Steak Kabobs

1/2 c Oil
1/4 c Soy sauce
3 tb Honey
2 tb White vinegar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 lb Top sirloin steak; in 1"
- cubes
1/2 lb Whole fresh mushrooms
2 md Onions; in wedges
1 md Red bell pepper; in 1"
- pieces
1 md Green bell pepper in 1"
- pieces
1 md Yellow summer squash; in
- 1/2" slices
Hot, cooked rice
In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Add
beef; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or
overnight.
On 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread
beef and vegetables; discard marinade. Grill kabobs,
covered, over medium heat until beef reaches desired
doneness, 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve
with rice.
