    Firstly, the 4096 character limit; secondly, UUE is decoded and sent as files. There is a size limit too, but it is much larger than allowed by the rules of these echoes for one message and is usually noticeably larger than the size of such a picture.
    The same limit for the size of files that bots can download from telegram and video files sometimes exceed it.
