• Hub 1 Critical Stats (Update)

From Apollo@21:1/236 to All on Mon Apr 29 19:04:12 2024
    Hi all,

    I've updated my stats generator:

    Node Queue Updates:
    * I've cleaned it up so it will only list a system if it hasn't picked
up mail in 7 or more days.
    * I've reworded the first line to include the above requirement (about
a system only being listed if it hasn't picked up mail in +7 days)

    BinkP Sessions Updates:
    * I've been contacted by 1 system which is reporting a possible false
report (Contact was made by 21:1/150, The report shows as a failure
occured and a password error occured, yet mail/netmail was received and
    sent)
    * I've reworded the first line to include the fact that a system will
be listed if a error or failure occured (during the BinkP session with
    the system and it's hub)

    Take Care,
    Apollo

    Hi all,

    I've updated my stats generator:

hi there, thanks for the efforts! :)

just checking, have you seen the stats reports already being posted to the echomail stats area for NET 1?

    BinkP Sessions Updates:
    * I've been contacted by 1 system which is reporting a possible false report (Contact was made by 21:1/150, The report shows as a failure

I can check this but it;s likely a node with a shared Fido or othernet link as well.

    Hi all,

    I've updated my stats generator:

hi there, thanks for the efforts! :)

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. I've discontinued this as it is
close to the original stats reported (thought it does filter the original
stats to only list failures errors and such, I agree in that it doesn't
do enought different to be kept).

just checking, have you seen the stats reports already being posted to
the echomail stats area for NET 1?

Those are the stat reports these reports are generated from, those
reports get essentially filtered for failures/errors and nodes that
haven't picked up mail in a while. (That being the only difference is why
I've discontinued this, as it would be more useful to look in the
    original stat reports)

I still have the code, but it never runs now (and actually nor did it
before, at least not in an automated sense anyway).

    Take Care,
    Apollo
