Hey Charles, that IP is an internal IP, we'll need your external IP to test it out =)
I'm a dumbass. I'll figure that out later. Tiredness plus fixing Thanksgiving dinner since my wife's still recovering has me loopy.

Nah you're not a dumbass, it's all gravy! Speaking of grAvY Happy Thanksgiving to y'all.
Perhaps not a dumbass, just slow. I searched the forums and figured out part of my problem. I had to adjust the event commands and add the ./ infront of them. However, fidopoll is failing, and I can't seem to be able to locate that file anywhere in Mystic's folders.

And probably why his polls aren't going OUT to the world right? I think you'll
need to forward ports and either use your main IP address <GASP> or use
a
service/domain that you own.

Ah fidopoll was changed to `mis poll` in the latest
a shell script in the /mystic folder called fidopoll and the contentsMe> of the script just needs to be this;
and you're golden.I got it to poll.#!/bin/shMe> ./mis poll $@
Save that file, chmod +x fidopoll
I got it to poll. Now I just have to fix the toss so the messages d
get tossed into the correct areas.

awesome. sounds like it's almost there =) now we have 2 bbses on our phones. woohoo
I setup a semaphore event, but I don't think my command is right.
./mis poll send|./mutil mutil.ini
Ah fidopoll was changed to `mis poll` in the latest version of mystic,
but thedefault config wasn't changed, so you either need to change the config of yourevents to use `mis poll` instead of `fidopoll` or create a shell script in the/mystic folder called fidopoll and the contents of
the script just needs to bethis;
#!/bin/sh
./mis poll $@
Save that file, chmod +x fidopoll and you're golden.

./mis poll send|./mutil mutil.ini
Ah you probably want your mutil to run before your mis poll send
something like
./mutil mutil.ini|./mis poll send
That way, the messages get packed up for mis to send, and then mis
sends them
