    According to the Mystic BBS main web site. One of the message base features
    is an "External AREAS.BBS Exporter" Can someone tell me where it is?

    There is both an areas.bbs and golded exporter. Those are both recent additions and might only be available in the A47 prealpha.

    It's part of mutil:
    mutil added the option [Export_AREAS.BBS] to create an export of all Echomail message bases in the AREAS.BBS file format. There is also now an [Export_Golded] stanza for that format message base definitions to a text file. Look at the samples MUTIL.INI from a newly installed directory like

    In whatsnew.txt of newer A47 Alphas:

    + Added new MUTIL function [Export_AREAS.BBS] to create an export of all
    Echomail message bases in the AREAS.BBS file format. See the default
    MUTIL.INI for example.

    + MUTIL: Added the option to export Golded message base definitions
    into a nicely formatted text file. See the default mutil.ini for
    an example of the new [Export_Golded] stanza.

    So you need the MUTIL.INI from a new Alpha to look at it. In my case I usually install new Alphas to /nmystic and get everything like that from there.

    To further clarify whatsnew.txt of newer A47 Alphas w/MUTIL/INI Entries:

    + Added new MUTIL function [Export_AREAS.BBS] to create an export of all

    I installed version a47. Works fine and I got my golded cfg setup now.
