    Just a note, I find myself using the Index Reader in Talisman more and
    more -- and I really like it. Very convenient way to scan subs...

    I just wish I could make it more responsive, and support the
    PageUp/PageDown buttons.

    Yeah, I only really notice it when logging into your board or alphas, I
    guess the latency of being over the other side of the world adds a bit.

    I'd love to make it more responsive and add page up and down support, but
    will take a bit of thinking. it's not a simple lightbar thing like the
    others. so I'm not really sure how to go about it.

    Anyway. gotta finish up bluewave first, this month is going to be slow (i
    think i said that before) so I'm not going to say I'll get this done soon
    :P

    Page Up/Down would be useful, but it's totally usable without it.
    I did notice that sometimes I have to hit the "Q" for quit key a
    couple time when I'm in it, is that the responsive part?

    what's the problem re: pageup/down ?

    It's not the pageup/pagedown buttons themselves, it's how the index
    reader keeps track of where it's up to, etc.

    pageup/page down is supported most other places in talisman, and it's a
    simple matter of updating the selected line to +/- the screen height. in
    the index reader it's more of a tree than a list.

    It's probably not as hard as I'm making out, i just haven't been in the headspace to sit and think it through I guess.
