I been having bad sleep recently. im ok rn but i cant sleep during day because of very frequent phone calls X_X

I'm tired most days as well. My sleep at night is terrible. Usually
I'll fall asleep at a reasonable time but then wake up at 1:30-2:00am
and not fall back to sleep until around 4:00am. It's a frustrating
cycle.
I get worried - I'm playing with
a sleep tracker and I'll go to
sleep
around 11:00pm, but the tracker
won't start counting sleep until 1
or 2
am. Wondering if I'm tossing and
turning, thinking I'm asleep but

not.

I've been curious to try a sleep tracker. I'm guessing I'd probably
have similar results where I think I'm getting a good sleep but
probably am not.
Are you using one on your phone or did you buy some specific thing for
it?
