Small world! It was San Gimignano. Beautiful town, and we did a

Nice, sounds like a great itinerary and fun.

I'm going to Florence in October for a wedding, and plan to hit Rome,
London, and Normandy, France afterwards for a few days each.

I only have a 1.5 MB QWK packet to sort through now...

That sounds like a good trip. I wouldn't mind visiting Italy.

I hope that you didn't mind the hot weather in Rome!

Also, if you would like to come back to Italy next year eventually, you should consider visiting also the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, the Apulia and Sicily!

It wasn't that bad, and I'm used to cool, foggy California coastal
weather.

Also, if you would like to come back to Italy next year eventually, you should consider visiting also the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, the Apulia

Our kids hadn't traveled much, so we wanted to give them a taste and
inspire them to come back and see more - or go back to again.

Check also the North of Italy :-)

Mantua is a little city but very Medieval :-)

Apart on Summer that It seems to be in Africa :-(
