Dunno if installing OS/2 on hardware in 2019 is my idea of fun but hey it's a challenge so why not. Getting OS/2 to accept incoming
connections via telnet and then passing them onto virtual com ports for Telegard to play with is a entirely different matter.
I was considering the latest OS/2 about two years ago. I forget what they
call it but I downloaded the live cd and gave it a spin.
It was quite impressive and looked much as I remember OS/2 but my nic was
not detected so I had no internet to surf at all. I don't know what it
would take to get intenet support but if it could be done it would be
hard to resist.
When I did run OS/2 twenty years ago the browsers and other internet apps
where quite far behind what everyone else was using. I'm not sure where
any of that is today.
Ttyl :-)
