can use http as you'd expect to :)
I had to make some changes to the way I had ftp set up here with BBBS's ftp server. The new port is 60721 at filegate.net. This works with the ftp clients I've tried.

The usual way; add the port number to the end of the domain name... I usually just type in the following at the command prompt in mc: cd ftp://filegate.net:60721
You can also use the "FTP Link" menu item in the
"Left" or "Right" panel menu, using the domainname:portnumber (filegate.net:60721) format.
