MBSE has "internal UTF-8". (whatever that means)

Synchronet can send/convert UTF-8 content for the user/terminal just fine. Entering UTF-8 text (using a terminal) is not fully supported yet.

Ok, thanks Rob. I suppose that it can be included in the list as "partial, limited support" (like GoldEd+).

    JamNNTPd
    Fidogate (https://github.com/ykaliuta/fidogate)

    Maybe Mystic and OpenXP?

It seems it does support UTF-8. Vince Coen replied to a message I posted in MBSE and he read the latin characters properly.

It would be e.g. Thunderbird + JamNNTPd ...

    Fidogate (https://github.com/ykaliuta/fidogate)

I am mainly thinking about programs for reading and writing messages in UTF-8...

    Maybe Mystic and OpenXP?

Ah yes, I forgot about Mystic.

I think that OpenXP does not support UTF-8 ATM.
