The good thing is that the ulcer on the bottom of my deformed foot is healing quite well, much to my surprise and relief. I've been trying
to be good about my blood sugar also. I am now waiting for a pair of prosthetic house shoes--basically a pair of ankle-high prosthetic boots sans the large and rather heavy "calf lacer" brace on my right leg--to
be made that will allow me to walk around the house safely and without
the risk of contracting cellulitis again in my foot.
I'm trying to get more active lately. I'd love to get a Cubii
(cubii.com; the little "stationary bicycle"-like device where you can pedal while sitting) and some hand weights to help fight this muscle wasting I have in my upper arms.
It's good to keep working on my other projects in BBSing though to keep
my mind active and fight off boredom.
Now if Social Security would quit bending me over the desk, I'd be
great. Not having had an income for two years sucks.

I go to a podiatrist once a month or so, ...
BTW, your message was off-topic ... not about Fidonet ... the
self-appointed moderator probably didn't see it ...
The moderator will correct me, and you are NOT the moderator.
