Well, I don't know about all the homeless, but a lot of them do have mental illnesses and would probably get better care in an institution vs. the streets.
You know there are other alternatives other than being institutionalized or
being homeless. Just because our government is too stupid to think of them >doesn't mean they don't exist. This all or nothing attitude in our society is >the first thing that needs to be fixed.
