Oddly enough there's been no backlash, no righteous outrage, at the fact
that Louis Farakhan came out and called for the police to be `stalked',
    or white people killed.

    I can't believe that!

Remember when David Duke was just `in the news' on anything from speaking
at some county fair, to overdue parking tickets? They'd sic the FBI, the
IRS, the NAACP....everybody who's phone number they could remember...on
him and drive the man out of the human race practically!

Here's Farakhan calling for murder and violence on cops....right out in public...and its `crickets'!

    Unreal!

    Hello Tim,

Oddly enough there's been no backlash, no righteous outrage, at the fact that Louis Farakhan came out and called for the police to be `stalked', or white people killed.

    I can't believe that!

US Capitol Police Chief Kim Dine criticized comments made in
a newsletter, which claimed Minister Louis Farrakhan had incited
violence in the past, meeting with and issuing an apology to
Farrakhan and his staff on Friday.

That is what everybody can believe based on media reports.

Remember when David Duke was just `in the news' on anything from speaking
    at
some county fair, to overdue parking tickets? They'd sic the FBI, the IRS, the NAACP....everybody who's phone number they could remember...on him and drive the man out of the human race practically!

He can always go back to hawking books in Russia. Or meeting
    with the ayatollahs in Iran.

Here's Farakhan calling for murder and violence on cops....

The US Capitol Police Chief apologized to the Nation of Islam
leader, not the other way around.

    right out in public...

Not only that, but the newsletter was rescinded.

    and its `crickets'!

Chocolate-covered crickets are quite a treat.
Real crickets, caught in the wild, dipped in chocolate,
and wrapped in waxed paper for later consumption.

    Unreal!

    More like Yummy!

This is a social issue that is going to become a major situation not long
down the road. Individuals who are not blind to the color of a person's
skin have to business in public service of any kind.

Had someone like David Duke come out publicly calling for the stalking and murder of `black' people, in the way Farrakhan has against whites (and he's
not the only one...there are several others in the so-called `black lives matter' outfit as well), he'd have been jailed and charged with attempted inciting to riot! Not to mention attempting to incite murder and mayhem
    on police officers!

Its time we had a `national' conversation all right. Its time someone stood
up and confronted these `black lives matter' hate-mongers, in pubic, with a little truth. Their own so-called `leaders' don't seem to be interested in doing it. In fact...most of their `leaders' are a big part of the problem.

An individual started boarding a bus while a companion stood watching. An elderly man came up the aisle, and the person who'd just boarded shoved
his hand in the elderly man's pocket attempting to rob him. When the old
guy resisted, he was badly beaten.

The guy who assaulted him and his companion then fled.

Unfortunately for them, the bus was equipped with a security camera located
at the front door of the bus and the entire incident was video taped.

The perpetrator of the assault and his companion were both black.

Hopefully, both will soon be arrested and do prison time.

We are being inundated with some sort of `whites are to blame for the problems of
of all blacks' notion all over the country.

Slavery ended over 150 years ago, but the message today is `modern-day whites are to blame'!

Every once in a while the notion of `reparations' for slavery being paid to blacks gets floated.

And many so-called `black leaders' out there will jump on the chance to get `face' time in front of news cameras to bitch about how `unequal' it is for them because they're `black'. They do a lot of screaming about how badly they are treated...how few opportunities they get.... but, they ignore the fact
that they (in most cases) are their own worst enemies.

You rarely (if ever) hear about a policeman murdered by black street gang members. But let some black street thug bully an elderly store keeper and
rob them of a fistful of cheap cigars....and all hell breaks loose in the media!

    `modern-day whites are to blame'!

There are still grandchildren of slaves alive today.

It wasn't until 100 years after the end of slavery that Jim Crow
was abolished by federal law. It still took decades to make that
    stick.

In the year 2,000 Florida removed tens of thousands of
legitimate black voters from the voting rolls, using a private
company, Choice Point, and refused to allow the company to do a
followup to insure the accuracy of their actions.

Now, in Alabama, they are closing every DMV office in every
county with more than 75% black population. So much for getting
    a photo ID being easy.

One of my grandfathers was born in an area that was a German principality
    prior to WWI.

He came to America with several of his cousins and some others because the German Army began conscription and he didn't want to be IN the German Army.

Does that make `him' responsible for WWI? Or the fact that Germany `lost'?

It wasn't until 100 years after the end of slavery that Jim Crow

I do not live in Florida, have only visited the state a few times, and have
no way of verifying that claim. Either there's a lot more TO that than you're telling, or you've misconstrued (again) something you read about.

Now, in Alabama, they are closing every DMV office in every

That silly story is all over the web. There's plenty of time between now and November, 2016. Anyone who hasn't obtained a photo ID before then wasn't really trying.

    It ain't all that complicated!

We are being inundated with some sort of `whites are to blame for the problems of of all blacks' notion all over the country.

We live in a white man's world.

Slavery ended over 150 years ago, but the message today is `modern-day whites are to blame'!

Economic slavery still exists. Although not formally based
on race, it is based on racial inequalities, as can be clearly
    documented by statistical analysis.

Every once in a while the notion of `reparations' for slavery being paid
    to
    blacks gets floated.

An apology, with reparations, for slavery (regardless of race)
would be most appropriate. When the British ran out of blacks
to use and sell as slaves, they enslaved the Irish. That's
right. White people. White people being slaves to other white
    people. What a novel idea!

And many so-called `black leaders' out there will jump on the chance to
    get
`face' time in front of news cameras to bitch about how `unequal' it is
    for
them because they're `black'. They do a lot of screaming about how badly they are treated...how few opportunities they get.... but, they ignore the fact that they (in most cases) are their own worst enemies.

The USA has over 25% of the world's prison population. The
vast number of prisoners in the USA are black. Most of those
blacks were convicted by (mostly) white juries/judges of having
committed crimes against other blacks. Almost all blacks in
prisons are poor, and come from poor families. Almost all
convicts on life row are black.

A rich white man getting the juice in the USA? Not gonna happen.
But if you're poor and you're black, YOU GONNA DIE, BRO'!

You rarely (if ever) hear about a policeman murdered by black street gang members. But let some black street thug bully an elderly store keeper and rob them of a fistful of cheap cigars....and all hell breaks loose in the media!

A young black man who buys some cigars and then is harrassed
by a non-black store owner is not a thief or a criminal.

He didn't *buy* the cigars he *stole* them! He wasn't being `harassed' by
the lawful store clerk, he was `confronted' to pay for the cigars.

Instead he intimidated the clerk (all of which was caught on the store's security video system), shoved the clerk at least once, and exited the
store without paying for the cigars.

Michael Brown wasn't very smart, even though he was (supposedly) about to
start college. Probably with a football scholarship...it certainly wasn't
for his math or physics skills!

He threw his life away for a handful of cheap cigars.

Hopefully, he died before he could reproduce and pollute the gene pool further than his parents already had!

    Michael Brown wasn't very smart,

The man's intelligence, or lack of it, is not the issue.

even though he was (supposedly) about to start college.

Anybody can go to college for a year. Thanks to pell grants,
    and other fine government programs.

    Probably with a football scholarship...

Not necessarily. But a wise choice, for those who have the talent.

it certainly wasn't for his math or physics skills!

Colleges and universities should offer degree programs in football.
And also basketball. And baseball. And all other sports. Both male
and female. And trans. Can't forget about trans these days ...

He threw his life away for a handful of cheap cigars.

Well, not everybody has the same taste in cigars.

Hopefully, he died before he could reproduce and pollute the gene pool further than his parents already had!

Hard to tell. Depends how soon he got started. I mean, he was
a pretty big kid. Much bigger than other kids his same age. So
maybe he was lucky. Just think of it. His grieving parents
might be grandparents without even knowing it. Wouldn't that
    be wonderful?

    Hello Tim,

You rarely (if ever) hear about a policeman murdered by black
    street
gang members. But let some black street thug bully an elderly
    store
keeper and rob them of a fistful of cheap cigars....and all hell
    breaks loose in the media!

A young black man who buys some cigars and then is harrassed
by a non-black store owner is not a thief or a criminal.

He didn't *buy* the cigars he *stole* them!

The store clerk admitted the man had bought the cigars.

    No, he did not!

Had he actually stolen the cigars, or anything else from the
store, the clerk would have had him arrested and put in jail.
But that did not happen. Why not? Because nothing was stolen.
The clerk got pushed out of the way when the man was exiting
the door. It was all on camera, and shown on national tv.

He wasn't being `harassed' by the lawful store clerk, he was
    `confronted'
    to
    pay for the cigars.

The man pushed the clerk out of the way as he was exiting
the door. The clerk never would have been pushed out of the
way had he been behind the counter like a normal person.

    He was confronting a thief.

The young man was not charged with any crime. The officer
who killed him in cold blood was also not charged with any
crime. And that is the real crime - an officer of the law
    getting away with murder.

Instead he intimidated the clerk (all of which was caught on the
store's security video system), shoved the clerk at least once,
    and
exited the store without paying for the cigars.

You only saw one angle that had been edited for FoxNews, and the
store clerk later admitted the man had in fact paid for the cigars.

I saw what he did at the door; he shoved the clerk at least once. It's
    right
    on the security video.

The clerk was barring the exit as the customer was trying to leave
the store. What did you expect the customer to do? He had already
paid for the goods. And his friend was waiting outside so they
    could get smoking.

    Michael Brown wasn't very smart,

The man's intelligence, or lack of it, is not the issue.

It certainly is. He wasn't bright enough to make his 21st birthday.

There is no justification for murder, no matter how stupid
    the victim might have been.

He threw his life away for a handful of cheap cigars.

Well, not everybody has the same taste in cigars.

Or values them as high as he did, either.

Bill Clinton does not smoke cigars. But he does like
to chew on them from time to time. George W. Bush enjoys
a good smoke every now and then, and not just to chew on.
Fidel Castro gave them up years ago. Or so he says.
