Let's Get Personal: Obamacare Really Is Good For The Young And
    Healthy

    My genera

Um...remember when I posted up articles on subjects I was either interested in or that helped make a point, and Klahn was out there on almost every one of them whining about `someone elses words...Richardson has no words of his own?' Anyone remember that? Well....here's Klahn in this and the next seven messages doing exactly what he deplored in me. *Copying* me, in other words.
But...being `copied' is the highest form of flattery, isn't it? You could almost say I *taught* Klahn something. The difference is that I usually always made several comments of my own, either at the beginning, or at the end of any article I posted up in here. And sometimes even made comments or analysis here and there, in the article itself. But Klahn appears to be....speechless!

Oh but...I'm not gonna waste a lot of time and bandwidth on each and every article Klahn posts up, making pathetic little spiteful accusations like Klahn did to me.

Let's Get Personal: Obamacare Really Is Good For The Young And
    Healthy

Here's the short version: someone named Todd Essig thinks that young adults should have insurance so that they will not have catastrophic expenses, they will be able to take more prescription drugs, and they will get preventive care. The only thing that this has to do with Obamacare is that he feels the government should force people to get insurance even if they disagree with him.
Other than that, his essay has nothing to do with the Affordable Care Act, just insurance in the abstract.

So who is Todd Essig? "Todd Essig, Ph.D., is a Training and Supervising Psychoanalyst at the William Alanson White Institute and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at New York Medical College."

One of the comments to the article: "If insurance is ultimately a personal decision like you say than can you explain to me why we are going to be forced to pay a tax to support it? That seems to me to take the personal decision out of it."

You pay for it when he goes to the hospital without insurance.
The cost is even higher then.

After all, the mandate is a republican proposal from the
    original Heritage Foundation/Romney care days.

Insurance may be a personal choice, but all to often lack of
insurance is not a personal choice.

He doesn't like it when people post articles. He even has

Don't much give a damn one way or the other.

a rule about it in his echo. But he does it here. Rules

Peter Brady created that rule. I disagreed with him on that, but
I decided it was a good rule.

like that made sense back when sysops moved mail by dial-up
and had to pay long distance bills. But I have no problem
with articles. Readers can read them or skip them.

They tend to replace original thought by the posters. Notice how
little original thought is posted by TR, or EC?
