Which leads to a somewhat obvious question: how dumb ARE

How did it wind up in the Debate echo?

YOUR explanation seems to be that I posted the message in my echo
via the Prism BBS at 11:24 AM on September 3, 2013.

So you are blaming Janis Kracht's BBS for this mess?

And then I patiently waited until Jan. 1, 2098, at exactly zero
o'clock, to repost the same thing in your echo via the Prism BBS.

Now I get it. Janis Kracht's BBS is a Time Machine.
And Earl Croasmun is a Time Traveller.

Say wha'? The Earl Croasmun of the year 2098 is not the same
Earl Croasmun of the year 2013?

Either something is true, or something is not true. It cannot
be both. So please make up your mind. Which Earl Croasmun are
you talking about? Is it two different Earl Croasmuns, or is
it one and the same Earl Croasmun?

Well, it is good to know Bob K. will still be around 85 years
from now. Not sure if I want to live that long, though.

Indirectly, you are answering my question. You aren't coming right
out and SAYING how dumb you are, but you are demonstrating it.

Bob K. has made no claim to have built the time machine. As such,
I doubt he knows how to use it. Or even where to find it.

Geez, you are as lost as Bob. If I had jointly posted the
message in both echoes at the same time, they would have
the same time/date stamp. If I had posted in Bob's echo

You are trying to BS your way through again. You must be a
student of Dick Cheney.

The reality is, a post by you showed up in the Debate echo.
Neigher I nor Lee knows how it happened. The only people who
seem to claim enough knowledge to fake your post in another echo
are Ross Cassell and Roy Witt.

So, look at them.

have some stern words for you. I have moved it to an echo where I can respond

When I am wrong, I have no problem with admitting it. It
has been two weeks, and Bob has let you skate on your
violation of his rules. I was wrong in predicting that he
would enforce them against you.

I just read his response in the last packet I downloaded. I
posted to him to let it go as it appears to be a system failure.

I just downloaded the packet this message is in.

IOW, I did tell him to stop. You were wrong to deny that is was
a system failure. Or to divert from that, which ever way you
want to describe it.
