A new Echolist Report has been implemented and will be hatched out on
the 15th with existing files (look for EList40.Rpt). Hopefully everyone will find it more readable! I also cleaned up all the extraneous
garbage characters in all fields in ALL echoes, though this is only reflected in the NEW v4.0 report.
Any inconsistencies should be reported to me ASAP plz. :)
Note: The new report marks the first phase of a new Echobase v4.0 re-write, as EB v3.48 was abandoned by the author (no source) and therefore deprecated. The Reporting and Maintenance modules are
complete and the Mod Upd submission module is under construction. :) Please be patient during this process.
Note: The new report marks the first phase of a new Echobase v4.0Sounds great!! Will all three be available through the filegate?

The *OLD* set, now there is only one program :) It's amazing what one
can do with a Windows program (32-bit and 64-bit, it does both) and Gigabytes of RAM, vice the ever humble DOS environment {chuckle}

I wish {chuckle} though there IS a freeware Basic that cross-compiles
for Windows, OSX and Linux (QB64) but I don't use it ... sorry. If you know someone
that does, when I'm done with my program, I may release the source if
you want to have someone try porting PB/CC5 to Qb64. :)
Note I am writing a minimal implementation, but one that covers all the bases needed for the FIDONet Echolist as it exists today. The Import/Export functions
for manipulating multiple Echobase database files is not available.
