    I've got a Linksys WRT1900AC router at home running DD-WRT. I read
    about Entware, a way to run Linux packages on it, and set up a hard
    drive to support it.

    I'm planning on setting up nginx with a reverse proxy for http/https
    traffic, so I can stop relying on NAT to get to multiple hosts. NFSD
    for my Proxmox host, so I can store backups and run images off of it.
    The list of packages are pretty impressive, it'll be nice to finally
    put the CPU on my router to work. :)

    You could also use HAProxy - and with the recent addition of HAProxy in SBBS, it will still get the correct source IP (for any decisions that block or reject connections).

    I didn't know that, HAProxy looks interesting - and there's a package for Entware that supports it.

    For what it's worth, if there's a Caddy 2 build for your platform, that
    will likely be easier to setup/configure (in the box letsencrypt) for
    your reverse proxy needs than nginx. Recently changed all our SPA
    containers and a few others at work to Caddy as it's lighter and tends
    to run better for our needs than the nginx setups it replaced.

    I'll take a look. Nginx is what I'm using at work and it's all I know,
    and it seems a lot easier than Apache would have been.
