    Another minor update:

    - Another very minor fix for D'Bridge possibly (but not always) halting all
    operation with either "XMA error" or "Forwarding aborted" after running
    unattended for long periods of time.

    - Potential problems with the auto-cleanup of sent Passthru EchoFILE/TIC
    attachments should be resolved and correctly logged.

    - D'Bridge specifically notes in the log when it begins to unpack/forward
    mail, I'm not sure why this was never added... or noticed.

    - Cosmetic cleanup in the mail-tossing code.
