    doctored to remove the word "require", & the original has been tossed
    down the Memory Hole.

    The plan is still in the idea stages. I expect it will be changed
    and updated in the future to reflect legislation introduced. It will
    not be until January at the earliest that such legislation can be
    introduced, given that Obama has not yet been sworn in as president.

    Appears to be in the policy stage, & WND picked up on the story about
    the change, and pointed out that the site has the heading "Require
    100 hours of service in college" on another. However, that page is
    currently in the Memory Hole too - http://change.gov/agenda/service/
    returns the message "The page you requested is not available right now."

    Google's cache still has it, though.
