==subj: getting small <$1 unsolicited PayPal payments

Anyone getting unsolicited "payments" or "coupons" in your PayPal accounts?

The first one was on Jun 10 for 4cents. Then another one today for 33cents. Different senders each time.

What specifically is evil about it?

I have read reports of people's accounts closed due to "complaints" from buyers, but maybe those are validated.

I primarily use mine as a proxy (to obscure the cc info) when buying something from ebay other online place.

I can't find anything about snowden/blocked/paypal. There was however an email provider that Snowden used and decided to shut down for EVERYONE to avoid being subjected to disclosure requests.
