I met many people from russia and used to have several russian pen pals when I was in School when I was young and we wrote letters and had 1 or 2 email pen pals but somehow person stop writing back... but I learn alot about russia and
when I get some echo messages here, its hard to understand when its directed to
me with all the garbled messages... is there a dos program I can use to change front in my windows dos scrren when I am on my bbs... :-) With that garbvled, I
thought they were speakingf russian to me maybe typed in english but not have the right code page...

no I dont. when I had a pen pal in the past when I was young. I had a translator who was willing to translate my letters for $10 both ways. :-) for one pen pal but others knows english.

so for bottom you said about ussr.com and keyrus... do I need to run this if I am in dos window (the bbs is run by dos version not windows version)

And hey I noticed you logged on my bbs while I was sleeping for my overnight shift. have fun... you have another way now to do your fidonet stuff. if you want any favorite echoes from russia or english ones, let me know on the board by leaving private mail or netmail me at 1:138/392 and I will add them. What do you want to get? If you want to see cyrillic characters correctly, it will help. You can run it in a BAT|CMD before the BBS software or add it to the
autoexec.
