Not directly. You could try the VMODEM protocol in Ray Gwinn's SIO (OS/2!), or the binkd software (or other software that supports the
binkp protocol). Binkd uses a Binkley-Style Outbound and so is fully compatible with Binkley. I use BinkleyTerm and Binkd at the same time myself, by the way. BinkleyTerm handles all calls via PSTN and ISDN
and Binkd handles all calls via the internet via cable (or ADSL).
