Can anyone decipher the following clause from a will of 1381?

Since no one else is taking this, I'll give it a try, hoping that someone else will correct all of my mistakes.

He wished that none of his servants would get a fee by reason of his office or position.

Many thanks Vance. My poor Latin arrived at something very similar, but I a=
m still struggling the meaning of this clause. It is from the will of Simon=
de Sudbury, the archbishop murdered by the mob during the Peasants' Revolt=
.. Why would any servant get a fee (fief) after the death of the archbishop?=
And the use of 'his office', does that refer to the office of the archbish= op, or the office of his servants?
