    One issue i'm having with Impulse, is that for some reason, it only creates packets when it's the first message in the base. I'm not sure if this is a BinkD issue, an HPT issue, or what. Anyone have any ideas?

    Let's rule out what it is NOT first, and that would be binkd or hpt. That only leaves you with one thing left: Impulse.

    if he's using the routine i sent him, it will create unique MSGIDs as long as he doesn't delete the data file where the serial numbers are stored... if that gets deleted, all bets are off... however, the code i shared with him is only authorized to be used by him in renemail...
