    I don't think BBBS creates a door32.sys drop file by default but drop files are created by a script so you could create a script to create one.

    You'll also need to create a commands.bbb file with the commands needed to run the door in the bbbs directory.

    You could always use nfu to convert from another dropfile to door32.sys, I believe.
