So, getting the following error when incoming SMTP mail gets routed from my Linux based (RHEL 8.5) SMTP server to my OS/2 BBS:

Feb 12 10:03:18 smtp-in1 postfix/smtp[13378]: 3254D40B9A40: to=<robert.wolfe@os2.winserver.org>, relay=os2-bbs.attlocal.net[192.168.1.151]:25, delay=144, delays=144/0.05/0.12/0, dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (lost connection with os2-bbs.attlocal.net[192.168.1.151] while receiving the initial server greeting)

When I telnet to port 25 on the BBBS/2 side of things, the same thing happens. This even happens when I go to do a normal telnet connection to port 2323 the session connects, and then abruptly disconnects.

i don't know... you asked for thoughts and i provided mine... i'd bet that steven levine (steve53 -at- earthlink.net) would know the answer to your subsequent question, though... especially since he's quite prolific in development, debugging, and support of ARCA...
