    When you write a application with baja and if you compile it will the
    program work with the windows version of sbbs, or do I need to re-compile
    it.

    I'm assuming that you forgot the work "Unix" somewhere in your message.

    Anyway, the answer to your question is: No, Baja .bin files are cross-platform.
