Long time reader first time writter here. We just setup 2 new 10gallon aquarium with a single male betta in each + 2 Glowstick + 2 Odessa tetras. They dont seem to be eating the betta food nor the tetra food. Is this a common aclimatization problem or should we be looking for new food?

wondering if your fish had started eating yet. They should by now, unless something is seriously wrong in your tanks.
Also, you didn't mention how soon you added the fish after setting up your tanks.
