Your Sysop should have made available to you an option from one of his Web HTM pages to enter into the Home Page Manager. If not, you will want to select the Terminal Client in Wildcat Navigator, and then select Home Page Manager off of one of his menu options. If you need help, I am sure he will gladly point you in the right direction.
It is a way for you to manage the HTM files needed for your Homepage. It allows you to Upload, Download, and Delete Files on your site. Your Sysop has given you your own directory, and alloted you so much space on his Hard drive for your HomePage files. Most of your editing to your site files will be done offline. You can call in to Upload new copies of your pages that you have made, or delete old pages that no longer are needed. You can upload Graphic files to enhance your pages. You can also remove your entire HomePage site from the System if you wish to do so by selecting Remove File and then type in INDEX.HTM as the file you want to remove. This will totally remove your homepage site from the system. You can recreate it all over again by going into Home Page Manager.
Go into Home Page Manager, and select [A] for Assistance. Go thru the online Help of what each of the commands do. Mainly get aquainted with the program first. After that, you will want to Download INDEX.HTM. This is your main homepage file. This is the very first page a visitor sees when they select your name off the Listing of Homepages. Load it up into an HTML editor and view the contents of this file. Go ahead and make a few changes, and then upload it again to the BBS using Home Page Manager, and then view your changes with the Navigator Browser. If you have Netscape on your machine, you can load that up and view your files offline. If you like them, then upload them to the system. Make sure your links to other pages are working correctly. Your HomePage must always use INDEX.HTM as it's name. You can name any of your other pages as you wish, but they all must have the extension of .HTM on the end.
