to rev E.  ONLY USEFUL if you already have
4DOS 5.0 rev D, not needed by new users. To
check your current 4DOS version use VER /R.

A 4dos tool for touching Time and Date
of (a group of) files. Completely written
in 4DOS batchlanguage. This package
contains version 3.00 which has some
fixes regarding the timestamp of only a
time or of only a date. It can now also
touch hidden files and files in another
directory as the current one. Read the
file "Whatsnew"
