if mystic crashing tossing netmail/echomail, it leaves a semaphore
file, when a client tries to connect it just drops them wihout knowing why.
Adding a message saying that the board is currently tossing mail would
be a fix.
That's probably not a real good "fix" though, since the board would
remain down until that semaphore is cleared.
Instead, what may work better for now (at least until James is able to do something about it), is instead of executing mutil directly from Mystic using the semaphore, would be to run a script that looks for the semaphore, runs mutil if it exists, and then double checks to make sure that semaphore is cleared at the end of the script. At least if mutil
