    Hi,

I've made a couple of changes to the
    Puzzle of the Week:

    1. Each puzzle should now also
contain the solution to the previous
    week's puzzle.

    2. There was a bug which allowed
    letters to be substituted for
    themselves in cryptograms. I have
    hopefully fixed this.

    Thanks,
    Jeff.

Hey, no problem. I enjoy being able to contribute.

The puzzles will get more difficult as I add more algorithms. I'm also
thinking about a mid-week hint that would reveal the encryption algorithm
used, a blurb describing how the algorithm works, and possibly a key that
might be helpful in solving the puzzle. However, I also don't want to spam the net with automated posts, so I'm continuing to think things over.

    Jeff.

So I think, in the interest of keeping the spam down, the posts will continue to be once per week, but each post will contain three parts:
    1. A new puzzle
    2. Algorithm information and possible hints for the previous week's puzzle
    3. The solution to the puzzle of two weeks past.

That's going to take some work, though, so not this week.

    Jeff.

I think that sounds great and agree it takes some work...
