  • Missing cursor in posting

    Sometimes when im posting a message in Mystic the cursor goes missing
    and it sucks. WTF is up with that?

    Not sure, is it a big message that your posting when it happens?

    Not sure, is it a big message that your posting when it happens?
    It sounds cryptic.

    Just happens randomly in replys - size of message doesnt matter
    Right now i see the cursor so its ok this time. I have no idea
    what would cause that.

    Maybe it's actually there but your blinking is in sync with the cursor where you're eyes are closed when it displays and disappears when you open them. :p

    Hmm, either bbs is sending a cursor off ESC sequence (not likely when typying messages..) Or it's a terminal program issue. Fe.. Netrunner, Syncterm etc.. if your seeing this issue in one terminal and not the other,, or if you see it in every terminal program you try.. then you have your answer.. :)

    It occasionally happens with Syncterm but never happens with Netrunner.

    Sounds like a syncterm issue. I've noticed some stuff with syncterm not spitting out telnet negoiation response on the first connection, but after i hang up and reconnet then it starts working.. strange.. :)
