Got an email about this gun today talking about it being a good one!
Rural King has the poly and cerakote version for $299... VERY very
tempting!
Anyone have an opinion and/or have owned one?
Haven't used/owned one... but looks like rabbit season.
DUCK SEASON! :)

I prefer a Double Ought Six! I mean, sure theres not much left for supper, but your chances of hitting something is increased tremendously! And for Blue Jays and Wood Peckers, You gotta use the 50 Cal! Nut for those, you'll want to aim for the body. If you aim for the head, you may not be able to properly identify it as the right bird or not. And, if you aim for the feet, you may end up causing the poor bird to suffer a slow agonizing death as he looses all his blood from the legs.... Now that I think about it, aim for the feet, and cross the streams! Crossing the streams is a good thing! If you're hunting Duck with a .22, good

What if you're on a boat?

It's illegal to even get caught with a .22 while Duck Hunting.
If you miss a head shot and hit the body you will most likely
just wound the duck. If someone from "Ducks Unlimited" catch you
they'll probably take your .22 rifle and then beat the crap out
of you. It's your call. Quack Quack. ;-)

I know, and I agree.
My reply above was an attempt at humor, aimed at your use of the word "shore"...
