The example binkd.conf mentions zlib.dll and bzlib2.dll in the zlib compression section.Modern binkd for win32/64 have a built-in compression support.
I suppose those running in a windows environment need those files in
order to enable zlib and bzlib2 compression?

Is using zallow:* enough to get this working with those builds?
Or do I need to use zlevel and zminsize also to enable this feature?
