To fix that go in to your Config for Synchronet and go to your IceEdit
and change Strip Kludge lines to YES...

Ok, I tryed looking in the config program, and I didn't see anything in ther to turn it off.

I already told you how to turn off. Here it is again:

Set SCFG->External Programs->External Editors->IcedEdit->Strip FidoNet Kludge Lines to "Yes".

and the moduser.dat file, how can I use it in baja

You'd have to setup a Baja module as an external program (in SCFG->External Programs->Online Programs) and create the moduser.dat file with the module.

Melkor, Do you have the executable called UNP.EXE? some older TP programs have the executable compressed and tppatch wont be able to fix it. If you first try unp.exe <file.name> it will decompress it then run tppatch it should work for you. Do a google on it or you can get it from my bbs. Thunder.synchro.net and do a file search for it. Then you need to uncompress the exe before running tppatch. I've encountered such problems before.

There are several TP patch programs available. If SabreEdit is important to you (it looks/acts just like QuickEdit/IceEdit, iirc), then you could try another TP patch program on it.

I believe its compressed. You have to get the turbopascal
uncompressor... lemme see... I think I have it around here somewhere...

I can't seem to locate it at the moment... guess you'll have to google
it. There's a couple of things to look for. First, the error 200 is
the tppatch as you have tried, but, some <very few> pascal files were compressed using a specific compressor program. <sort of like pkzip>.
This decreased the size of the .exe file... back in the day, this was important. :) Anyway, thats what you should look for... I found one, bp7patch, but that fixes the 200+mhz problem.

    Oh well... :)
